I ordered the Chest Port Access Hoodie to be safe I ordered one size up. When it arrived it was good quality material and beautiful color. When I tried it on it was tight it was uncomfortable. I had to return it.
I initially ordered a plum colored chest Port Access in XL and it fit correctly without issues. I ordered the Chest Port Access Hoodie in XL and it was way too small. The XXL was out of stock apparently. More surprising was that when I returned the hoodie I did not receive a refund on my CC but rather a credit for Wear + Care. Very difficult to use a credit when there is not much product.
Have not received yet! Was ordered by my mother as a gift on March 5. The package has been circling around in the USPS system. I’m trying to find out why it cannot be delivered and who is at fault. Very unhappy at this point. Especially since you’re dealing with this on top of a cancer diagnosis!
So far it’s a comfortable shirt and the access to port is perfect
I gave this top as a gift to my sister-in-law who is in treatments. She loves her “bougie” top and feels cozy and warm in it while getting her chemo. The color red is gorgeous on her, and I’m glad it brought a smile to her face.
