- Follow the specific wash instructions included with your garment.
- Wash before use.
- Do not iron or bleach.
- If you experience any redness or swelling while using our products, please contact your doctor immediately.

Our best sellers can go quickly, but we’re always working to restock. Sign up for a restock notification on the product page and we’ll let you know when your item will be back.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 3 PM ET, Monday–Friday are processed the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- International orders may take up to two additional days to fulfill.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.
- Returns: Eligible for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
- Exchanges: Available within 30 days of receipt.

If your item arrives damaged or defective (which is rare but does happen), we’ll make it right. Please email us at wecare@careandwear.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll take care of it right away.

Please allow 10-14 extra days for embroidery orders, plus shipping time. Expedited shipping won’t speed up embroidery processing.
