By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Prize Redemption: The prize must be used within 12 months of being awarded. After this time period, the prize will be forfeited.

4. Non-Transferability: The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the individual winner.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected through random drawing and notified via email. The winner must claim their prize within 5 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited.
6. Tax Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to the prize.
7. Travel Responsibility: Winners are solely responsible for arranging and covering the costs of travel to and from New York.
8. Liability Waiver: Care+Wear is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or issues that occur during or as a result of the trip. Winners assume all responsibility and risk associated with their participation in the giveaway and the trip.
9. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Care+Wear to use their name, likeness, and story for promotional purposes without additional compensation or consent, unless prohibited by law.
